Albero Di Lemone is looking for a Junior Head Chef or Head Chef to lead our small and passionate team.

The successful applicant  must have experience in designing a cafe and restaurant style menu that is seasonal, as well as creating weekly specials.

The applicant must also have good communication skills with a passion for great food. 

Duties include:

  • Compliance with hygiene standards
  • Managing small team of kitchen staff
  • Ensuring food production and standards are met
  • Stock control


  • Trained in Italian cuisine
  • Cool under pressure and excited by a challenge fast paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years; experience as a Sous Chef or a Head Chef in a fast paced or similar kitchen environment
  • A team player that supports other team members
  • A passion and commitment to delivering high quality food
