Our client requires a Civil Site Foreman / Leading Hand for a 6 month plus contract in Cronulla reporting directly to the Site Manager. The project involves supervision of daily site operations and activities in the building of sporting fields, bike tracks and picnic areas.
To be successful for this role you must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Civil Earthworks Foreman
- Earthworks experience
- Have the ability to interpret civil drawings
- Be able to manage risks, quality and project schedules
- Be prepared to work 9 hour days and some Satuirdays as required
- Be prepared to do some machine work and manual labour
- Hold a Work Health and Safety Certificate
Desirable:
- A certificate in Civil Construction or similar
- Experience in running civil sites
- Experience with landscaping, paving and parks
- Experience with plant equipment and machinery
